College Exam Tutor accepts Paypal and the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Discover


Note: You can use a debit card as a credit card, as long as the debit card has a credit card logo (from the list above) printed on it.

How do I know my order is secure and my information is safe?

The safety and security of your online transaction is our top priority. As you place your order, the information is encrypted on our secure shopping cart to ensure your privacy. Our check-out pages use 256 bit SSL data protection (the highest allowed by current browsers) to encrypt your personal data for transmission over the Internet. No credit card information is ever sent via email, and no security numbers are stored on our server. Our check out pages are scanned daily and certified hacker-safe.

How quickly will I be able to view or receive my order?

1) If you order the Online Access Version of College Exam Tutor's ACT Course...

 

Immediatley! Your Invoice confirmation and Video Module material link will display after purchase. A convenient invoice with purchase and viewing information will also be emailed to you immediatley after purchase.

 

2) If you order the DVD Version of College Exam Tutor's ACT Course...

 

Your items will ship safe and secure with USPS Priority Mail, so packages are traceable. It is our policy to ship within two business days.

What happens if I lose my login information for future purchases or to review my orders?

If you lose or do not remember your username, please go to our homepage and click “Sign In” under the "Customer Service" page. On the page that comes up, you will need to click the "Forgot Username" link.  You can then enter your email address and we will email you all usernames associated with that email address.  Once you have your username, go to www.collegeexamtutor.com and click “Login” again.  You can then login to your account or, if needed, click "Forgot Password" and it should take you through a process of resetting your password and gaining access to your account information.

What is your refund policy?

College Exam Tutor guarantees that you will find the ACT prep course very valuable for improving your test taking skills and your ACT score. We ask that you complete the course, including the Study Plan Checklist at the end of the Student Guide, and take a practice test to see how your score improved. Then, if for some reason you feel that it was not worth the money you paid for it, please contact us within 60 days of your purchase and provide us with the following information: 1) your ACT score (or practice test score) before you completed the course, 2) your ACT score (or practice test score) after you completed the course, and 3) verify that you did indeed complete the course.
